The Virtual
Terminal is the solution for companies with multiple
storefronts. An example would be an insurance company and its
agents. Each agent would have Internet access to a payment
gateway whereby customer payments by check or credit card could
be entered. Each agent would have their own password and
reporting can be customized.
Retailers can
take advantage of real-time verification using ATMVerify
to ascertain whether the check writer has a valid account, funds
in that account and if there are NSF's or stop payments pending.
There simply is
not a a more comprehensive tool for accepting check and credit
card payments.
